Outlook 2.0 Integration- Anyone using successfully?

Our initial install of outlook 2.0 integration did not go well but a subsequent install seems to be working.  However, there is so many people who report problems with this that I don't want to roll it out to my sales force if I am experiencing the calm before the storm.

Is there anyone who has this working in production with their sales team and its working as expected?
