Outlook - saving files to vendor (supplier) records

edited Nov 22, 2019 5:53PM in CRM 7 comments

Hello and good morning.

I am fairly new to the Netsuite system so please forgive any ignorances!

We have an Outlook connector installed (Netsuite for Outlook) so that incoming and outgoing emails may be saved to various record types on Netsuite, these include customers, contacts, projects etc.  What we DON'T seem to be able to so is save an email to a supplier (or vendor) record.

One of our suppliers has over 200 contacts.  I can save the email to the contact, but then if I am searching for an email on Netsuite at a later date, I need to know either which contact it was for or search through all contacts.  If I could save the email using the connector directly to the supplier record as I can with a customer record it would make life so much easier.

Howdy, Stranger!
