Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Installation issues workaround - Office 365/Outlook 2016
As a heads up to anyone that is interested: The NetSuite for Outlook installer has some built in validation that is checking for specific versions of Outlook (Directly from the installation log: "Condition '(OutlookVersion="Outlook.Application.12" OR OutlookVersion="Outlook.Application.14" OR OutlookVersion="Outlook.Application.15")' evaluates to false."). Outlook 2016's version is "...Application.16".
As such, the installation finishes immediately, does not provide a screen pop warning, and does not install all of the required software (i.e. No Outlook COM add-in or Celigo folder created under Users/.../AppData/Local). So that is why the software appears to install but doesn't work, doesn't have you close Outlook 2016 if you had it open during the installation, and doesn't load the configuration/setup screen when finished. (For those users experiencing installation issues with Windows 10, there could be validation checking hardcoded in the installer as well.)
