Bulk Email From Item Fulfilment records
We have a bulk email mass update currently set up to work from the Item Fulfilment record to an attached Sales Order record. The priority is that it uses the transaction email first however this does not appear to be functioning this way and goes to 2nd or 3rd priority.
Can you anyone confirm the following:
- Where on the item fulfilment is the email address stored (if anywhere)
- If there is no space for the email address on the item fulfilment is it possible to set up the search to use the email address on the connected Sales Order while still pulling information from the Item Fulfilment and sending the item fulfilment record?
