Item Drop-downs Not Showing Actual Items in NetSuite
Hi all,
Probably a silly question, but I simply can't find in SuiteAnswers nor this forum how to rectify the issue I have. We have a new NetSuite account. All our Item records have been uploaded. When we go and create a new Opportunity record, for example, in the Items subtab, and in the Item field, clicking on the drop-down box yields the following results only:
- New -
Partner Discount
Billable Expense Markup
Subtotal
Description
Why are our Items that we've imported not displayed and how can we remedy this?
