From Email out of NetSuite
Has anyone set up a custom From email when sending transactions out of NetSuite? I have used the feature in Home Preferences, but when user gets the email, it does have custom email along with the system Netsuite email.
Issue I am trying to resolve is for Dunning. My concern is if I use Dunning, and email goes out to Customers, how do I ensure it is not going to their spam? That will defeat the whole purpose of sending collection letters to Customers. Is there anything you have done differently to prevent emails from going to spam folder?
