How to create a form field that lists Company Locations

I'm new to the world of Netsuite and am working on editing the Transfer Order entry form that our employees use to transfer inventory from one location to another. This is my first attempt at editing an entry form, so please go easy on me.

At the moment we have select menus for the To Location field and the From Location field. Those fields list out out company locations from the Setup > Company > Locations list. I would like to add a little bit of logic to the "To Location" select menu - essentially, I would like the "current user's" location to be selected in that menu. They can select a different location if they need to, but the menu default would have the pre-selected menu option based on the location that is set in the user profile who is creating the transfer record.
