Journal Entry showing on Sales report
The accounting department made a journal entry with no customer tied to it and it is now picking up on the sales report. It is money the company made but it wasn't through a sales order. Does anyone know why this is being picked up in the standard sales report that the KPI uses? Our sales team thought they were way ahead of goal. I would think the Sales number would just be made up of the Sales Chart of Accounts, not all Income accounts. And forgive me if this is a silly question. I don't get involved in the accounting wold very often.
