Update: Incorrect Exchange Rates for Some Currency Pairs

This notice is intended for customers that have enabled the Currency Exchange Rate feature in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Xignite, one of our data providers. Due to an issue with Xignite, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates for some currency pairs with effective dates between June 26, 2019 and July 1, 2019.

NetSuite and Xignite have identified all the impacted Currency Pairs and we will provide you the affected currency pairs and an update on our plans to correct those currency pairs in the NetSuite service by end of day Tuesday, July 9, Pacific Time.
