Triggered Emails on Custom Record
We have created a custom record and need an email to trigger after a certain step is complete to notify the next team they have an action to complete. We have created the custom record and the workflow and can see the action kicking-off. The problem is we aren't sure where it's putting the email or where to easily view the email from the customer or custom record. We can pull a messages saved search and find the emails. Does anyone have a solution to viewing the emails on the custom record or getting them to attach to the customer
