Can the customer authentication session timeout be adjusted for a webstore?

Hi all - we have a Site Builder site with customized reference bundles for checkout and myaccount.  We require customers to sign-in or create a new account to place an order.  After they have authenticated, site builder (or NetSuite) seems to have a short authentication session timeout of about 10 minutes. I've searched NS help, the web and here, but found no relevant information.  I'm not sure if this is a Site Builder thing, or a core NetSuite webstore control.

Are you aware of any way to modify the webstore authentication timeout for customers?
