Renaming Transactions

We have renamed CLASS, DEPARTMENT and LOCATION, but in the financial reports, the filter shows '{CLASS}', '{DEPARTMENT}' and '{LOCATION}' and the updated/renamed values. Is there somewhere else that requires configuring?
