Statement Email Action

Is it possible to change the default action of the E-mail Statement action in Netsuite?

Currently an email is sent out with some standard text going to the main customer account email. What we would like to do is have an email that goes to a email address specified in an alternative contacts custom field in Netsuite.

I can not seem to figure out a way to do this, any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks
