How to get Units of Measure Internalid's (NOT Units Type) through Saved Search?

Hello,

I'm trying to get Unit of Measures and I created Saved Search of type "Units Type". I can list Internal ID of the Unit Type, Abbreviation Name, Unit name and etc.. but Can't see Internal ID of the UOM, not UOM Type.
