Printout with new record type has no line fields

Hello Every body;

I created a record type with a child record, when I try to print the transaction with the standard PDF/HTML template, I don't see the line fields associated with the transaction.

What should I do to display these line fields in the child record, however I tried to customize the printout and I can see these columns with the preview button in the advanced PDF/HTML
