Email custom sublist from case record.

Looking for a way to send an email from a CASE record that includes a custom sublist on the CASE form.  We have custom records for "serialized equipment" that are child records of CUSTOMER records.  The custom sublist shows the EQUIPMENT associated to the CUSTOMER selected on the CASE record.  We would like to be able to email this list of equipment.  Any thoughts?
