inventory commit

I have a question regarding inventory allocation and Inventory Allocation Preferences. In SuiteAnswers Inventory Allocation Preferences | | Answer Id: 32366" mentions the "Default Commitment Options" , those options are "Available Qty", "Complete Qty" and "Do Not Commit", which is when inventory is committed to an order and when it's shipped. Does NetSuite allow configuring what bin will be used for allocation.

For example, when a sales order is created and saved, I only want inventory to be allocated from one of two specific bins, "FG-FLOOR" or "FG-ROOM" .

In general does NetSuite allow configuration of Inventory allocation at the "BIN" level when a sales order is create?
