Deposit do not show on statements

Hello,
We have alot of  prepaid business where we receive  deposit in full prior to shipment. When we get the  payments, we  record them as "Customer Deposits".

The problem is that the statement do not show the  Deposit.

Was anybody able to solve this problem?
