How to make a unfulfilled invoice without making a Sales Order first?

I enable the feature invoice in advance of fulfillment but I can't find a way to create an invoice direct and not fulfilling, it fulfills straight ahead and take the product out of my inventory, and I didn't want that to happen. I want to invoice but I send the product later, so it shouldn't get out of my inventory immediately.
