How to control scrap in Advanced Manufacturing?
Hi all,
I hope you are all doing well and keeping safe!
I want to figure out how to control scrap in Advanced Manufacturing.
In AM location setting, I determined the scrap handling as ‘post as built and move’, and I selected Bin001 as the bin location for scrap.
In work order, I determined the work order quantity by 2. Then, in work order completion, I determined 1 unit as completed, and 1 unit as scrap.
Then, In inventory, the quantity on hand increased only in bin for finished good (BI1001), while the quantity on hand in bin for scrap was not (Bin001). I expected that there will be 1-unit quantity on hand in bin for scrap (Bin001).
