Bulk Import Inventory Kit/Package Items

I am having terrible trouble trying to import Kit/Package Items.  I'm sure my data structure is correct and have tried every way and mapping except of course the correct one.  Can someone assist and maybe add some clarity to the import procedures and mappings so that I can complete and possibly assist someone else for the future?  All the NetSuite posts and documentation go into very little detail and most of the material online is just copied and pasted (cos that is helpful)..

  1. I have confirmed that my member Inventory Items exist in NetSuite, so that they can be mapped to a new parent Item on the import.
