When using SuitePeople how can I stop an employee who has permission to view journal entries from vi

When using SuitePeople how can I stop an employee who has permission to view journal entries from viewing the individual entries for paychecks of other employees? This information tells them exactly how much the other employee makes. I understand that I can hide employee information from financial reports but what is to stop someone from going in and viewing the journal directly?
