Special Order Line on SO - Cannot Fulfill Line Already Partially Fulfilled
We have a sales order with many lines that have already been fulfilled with no problem.
We needed two special order "fast track" items sent. End user created a Special Order, which kicked off the appropriate linked PO. All locations are the same. Quantities line up.
End User received the two lines. One has not had any items fulfilled with a qty. 8, she has the option to fulfill it. The partial has a total ordered quantity of 8. 4 were previously fulfilled. She cannot fulfill this partial line for the remaining 4.
Both are standard inventory items.
On the Sales Order, the whole line of 8 are shown as committed. The 4 are shown as 0 committed, but with 4 available and 4 on hand.
