Field names for Item Fulfilment - Packages Tab

I want to produce an export of shipping information for a shipping integration project.

Part 1: These are the fields I am hoping to return the values:

Are these values available to a Saved Search?

Part 2 :

We will not be using UPS or Fedex.  Do the package sizes entered into Setup Shipping >> Packages start to display on the IF Packages subtab? or are they only working when Fedex/Ups integration is enabled?

In he above screenshot, I already have 4 packages defined at Setup Shipping >> Packages but I do not see the packages available for selection. Any tips on getting a column of choces?
