Demand Planning - MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS PLANNING

I am trying to study if NetSuite Demand Planning is able to meet our need.

We have a centralized Warehouse location, all the PO are made and received in this location.

We have other locations, we do transfer order to move items from central warehouse to other locations. Other locations have sales orders recorded.

We need to do demand planning for our centralized warehouse, consider the inventory available for this central warehouse, consider the sales from ALL the locations including other locations, then generate the demand plans.

Is this doable in NetSuite demand planning? From my prior research, I feel that Netsuite demand planning will only do planning per each location. It will only consider the sales for that location, and inventory in that location, Anyone heard of "MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS PLANNING" in the new coming 2020. 2 release? will this help with my scenarios?
