Is it possible to show same items in different locations?

Hi

We need to create a new location under new subsidiary. their is no warehouse in that location, everything will be ship from our main warehouse. Is it possible to show all main location items under the new location, but quantity on hand is going to be same as main location? Its like linking 2 locations items, so that new location can also create SO,invoice etc using same items.
