UPS Label Printing Incorrectly

We have a package shipping to Australia that's going UPS Worldwide Expedited. It should be a 3-5 day shipment, but the label is printing a 2 to indicate it's an express/2nd Day shipment.

The shipping item is set up correctly, the correct shipping type is selected on the transaction, and the UPS tracking links show the correct shipping method.

Any idea what might be driving this?
