Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Capture Committed Date
We need to capture the date an item is committed to an order. I know this is not a possibility with the native NetSuite features. We are talking to the ACS team to create a script that would capture this. The feedback I am getting from them is
- Feasibility of the script to execute upon item commitment – As per further testing, the commitment of the item on every sale transaction happens solely at the backend. In this regard, as part of its core functionality, the system does not capture in the System Notes to when the item has been committed to a specific order.
