Access to customer's - Relationships - Contacts subtab

How can I access the Customer's Relationships - Contacts subtab via suitescript?

For example, I need to trigger some custom code when the user changes the contact's role using the Update Primary button, and then pressing the Edit button in the popup window.

I have tried with a custom script applied to Customers and to Contacts without success
