Why is employee name repeated in dropdown picklist?
I am trying to fix an issue where one of the employees/users on our account shows in the dropdown with their name repeated:
When I view or edit Jon Beer's record, I don't see anything different from my own (Chris Beer) that would explain why his name shows twice on the dropdown/picklist. We are both Admin users. Of note: he is the original/first user for our account.
Please let me know where I would go to correct this, or if I need to submit a support ticket - if this info is stored in a field that I can't actually edit.
