How can we limit Contact Role to only Primary and Alternate Contact?
We are trying to limit the available Contact Roles to only "Primary Contact" and "Alternate Contact" Roles. However; several other native roles (Order Creator, Consultant, and Decision Maker) that can't be inactivated, so I tried to create a workflow to intercept if a user selects or saves anything other than the Primary or Alternate.
I started with the record type "Contact Role" but none of the workflow rules I've tried seem to work. I've tried "After Field Edit" and "Before User Submit" triggers, and within each of those tried using Visual Builder and Custom Formulas to catch if Primary or Alternate isn't selected, and then tried to just identify if one of the Roles we don't want is selected or saved but no luck.
