Multiple Dropdown Lists

Hello,

I have created multiple dropdown lists, however having issue with setting up Custom Field 3 "Compare To field".

I would like List 2 narrowed down options to control options of List 3 however the custom field relating to List 2 does not appears under "Compare To field" of Custom field 3.

Any ideas? :)
