Match Bank Data Excluded Tab - Old Transactions showed up

In recent a few days, we noticed that in Match Bank Data module, some accounts Excluded Tab, some old transactions showed up, they are back to May, excluded type is System - Duplicate.

We are pretty sure those old transactions were not here before. We always clean Excluded Tab every month.

Do you know why old transactions(System - Duplicate) show up in excluded tab? Is there something that can be done to clear the Excluded tab?
