Custom Customer Center Access email

I was able to complete the below and create a customer email template. The system is still sending out the standard. How or where do I set to use the custom one I created?

To customize the email message, go to Setup > Company > Email > System Email Templates. Next to Standard Customer Center Access E-mail, click Edit.
