Cannot Open Fixed Asset Management page

I cannot open the Fixed Asset Management Page using other roles except Administrator Role. Is it have some configuration that need to be setup in other roles to open the Fixed Asset Management page?

I have error message that said insufficient permission, and need higher permission for custom record type FAM System Setup.
