Dynamic calculation of total value in base currency

Hello, I have created a script to calculate the total value in base currency to display on transaction body, However it does not dynamically calculate the value as the total amount changes based on line additions under items & expenses.

My current script is based on multiplication of 'total' and 'exchangerate' fields.

Is there any way of calculating this amount dynamically without calculating the same by using values in expenses and items sublists?
