Is it possible to customize Vendor Prepayment Application Apply tab the view of Bill List?

Is it possible to customize Vendor Prepayment Application Apply tab the view of Bill List? The similar as Bill Payments page, our accounting team would like to display each bill Invoice Date column. Also, they would like to have a filter of Select items.

I can't find Customise button in Vendor Prepayment Application page.
