Question about Rest Api

our company has a distributer "A" who sell our products now. right now they send us email and we manually entered the Sales order in our system. Now our company wanted to do automation, so that company "A" can create sales order in our NetSuite environment without us giving them login.

So, I tried to create rest Api on postman and was successfully post sales order in our NetSuite environment using token base authentication.

I am not a coder also not a NetSuite expert. Just learning NetSuite.

My question is: who is going to implement the code? is company "A" is going to implement on there end or there is a way to implement in our NetSuite environment?
