Need guidance in creating new headquarter in Netsuite

I've upgraded our netsuite to oneWorld and we have a plan to change the hierarchy as the following:

create a new headquarter subsidiary and create multi subsidiaries below it, however since we already have an old company, any new subsidiary will be created under it which is not what we are looking for.

I was following the instructions in the link here:

However during the process I got an alert (picture attached), that's why I need your guidance in order to make the changes without affecting/losing the current data in the existing subsidiary.
