Saved Search to Use for Auto Billing (Scheduled Billing)

I would like to set up a saved search to use in auto billing at the end of the day. I only want it to run on EComm orders that are in a Pending Billing Status. I have the saved search set up with the criteria needed, but it will not show in the drop down list because I have it Grouped. I can ungroup but will it still run properly with all line items showing? Or is there another way I can just run on these orders? Create a Customer Group for EComm? How to then set to only
