adding a new custom field in Site Category

I want to add a custom field in the site category form, but I was unable to find the way to do so,

a txt field to be filed when creating a new category. but no luck.

I tried to create a new entity field and Item field in the customization list but then I can't find a way to show this field in that form. any help ?
