Abuse: Malicious Spam emails creating cases in my NetSuite account

This is a request for information and an alert to users.

We are wholly a US company and have NO foreign customers.We should NOT be receiving any emails in foreign languages so I know the emails below are not legitimate.

I have been receiving emails to our support@domain.com email address from suspicious email addresses below, that creates cases to the Anonymous Customer. I understand why the case is assigned to the Anonymous Customer.

All have had Chinese language subject lines as below:
