Is there a way to set Accounting Book field to default to one value on the Balance Sheet?

We use multibook accounting functionality. Is there a way to set the Accounting Book field to default to one value on the Balance Sheet? Please check the below screenshot and let me know if there is a way to do it.


Also, I added an "Amount" column in the balance sheet report. I don't see it can be drilled down to the transaction level when I tried to click on the amounts. Is it a standard behavior?
