Adding a retail price to an Invoice.

I have an Advanced PDF/HTML Template for Invoicing.

I have three prices - Vendor purchase price, Wholesale Price(Item Price 1), Retail Price(Item Price 3)

On the template I use Rate for the Wholesale price.

I am adding a column for the Retail Price(Item Price 3) to be printed.

My question is- What is the element I put in the template to print the Retail price and where do I find the element

that is not shown in the template list of elements. All item data on the element list is grayed out.
