Unable to Import updates for Global Subscription Status
We are using MailerLite for marketing emails and have customers and leads who have unsubscribed. We want to edit the Global Subscription Status to Soft Opt-Out. I am trying to import a csv file and have mapped the following fields:
Data handling is set to UPDATE. When I run the import, I get the following error:
So I reran the import with these mapped fields:
And I got the same error.
I don't see a field called Primary Name that I can map. Since I only want the records to be updated and none added, I don't see that the name should be required. What am I missing?
