Recommended Configuration for Fringe Benefits

As we prepare for 2021, I am working on creating our new Benefits. I am curious if anyone has suggestions.

All of our Employee Deductions/Employer Contributions have changed. Anyone using SuitePeople HR have a suggestion as to whether I should build a new Benefit.

For instance, 2020 Dental vs 2021 Dental?
