Divisions in OneWorld

Hello Everyone and happy new year!!

I am facing an issue with divisions this year and I wonder if someone can help me with this.

last year we used Netsuite one Subsidiary and we created 4 divisions the rest sub companies for it.

this year we upgraded to OneWorld and we created a new subsidiary for each company and kept the old SUB as parent for the rest.

we closed tast year financially and the users have been asked to start work on the new Subsidiaries, but now every transaction in the system, the division is mandatory the user need to select one, but we don't use these Divisions any more,
