How can I close a PO linked to an Inbound shipment pending receipt.

Hi,

I have a PO that is linked to an inbound shipment. 2 lines on the PO were short-shipped, i.e. we were meant to receive 12 but received zero on the two lines. Is it possible to close the inbound shipment as we will not be receiving these lines? Other POs on the inbound shipment are received so these 2 lines are the only lines pending. I tried amending the inbound shipemnt to show 0 units expected on these two lines but then i was unable to save the inbound shipment, it reverted to expected quantities. Please advise on how to
