We have converted all serialized items to non-serialized. I created a custom field that the team is scanning the serial numbers into on the Item Fulfillment. I am not able to get the information from that custom field to print on Invoices and Cash Sales by adding it to the form. I thought maybe it was because I needed to source it from the Item Fulfillment. I set up another custom transaction line field to test and it is still not pulling the information. My guess is Serial Numbers in the drop down is directly tied to Inventory Detail. Any
