I have a user notes saved search that will return any note added to an opportunity or an estimate in the last 2 weeks. This search works perfectly in the administration role but returns nothing in the target audience's role.

I have confirmed that:

•The target role had NO employee restrictions

•The target role has access to all subsidiaries

•The target role allows for cross-sub viewing

•The target role includes view access to "Notes Tab"

•The user can access opportunities and estimated

•The user can see notes in transactions

•The user can view individual notes

I am at a loss as to what permission I am missing, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
